5TH Grade Transition Ceremony

LES 5th Grade Families,

We will be having a 5th grade transition ceremony!

Date: 05/20/22

Time: 9:00am

Place: LES Gym

We will be following COVID Safe Practices that the EOC has approved.

• 5th Grade students will receive 4 numbered tickets per family
• Proof of full vaccination status will have to be shown at the door
• Temperature and symptom check at the door
• Masks must be worn
• Hand Sanitizer stations
• Air purifiers will be on
• Designated entrance and exit
• Exterior doors will be opened for added ventilation

Tickets will go home with students on 05/16/22.
